Beyond Management Rights is the connection point for Australia’s management rights and accommodation community — bringing together the people who run the buildings and the businesses that help them do it.
Why it exists
It started with a gap.
The work is bigger than the job title
Running a building means being a manager, a tradesperson, a marketer and a host — often before nine in the morning. Very little of that is visible from the outside.
The answers already exist
Somebody in this industry has already solved the problem you are stuck on. The hard part is knowing who, and having a way to ask them.
Everyone belongs in the room
Owners, resident managers, receptionists, concierges and the businesses that serve them. Beyond is built for all of them, not just the people who sign the cheques.

Founder and host
Marion Simon
Marion Simon founded Beyond Management Rights to create the kind of space the industry needs: welcoming, useful and built around real relationships.
Drawing on firsthand experience in accommodation and resident management, Marion brings operators, teams and trusted providers together to share knowledge and move the community forward.
She hosts the Beyond events and edits Beyond News, the weekly industry read written by the businesses in the room.
The first one
18 November 2025.
On 18 November 2025, approximately 100 people from across the management rights community came together in Broadbeach to connect, learn and share what happens behind the scenes of a demanding industry.
Speakers, practical conversations, exhibitors and genuine networking turned one evening into the start of something bigger.
