Beyond Management Rights is an Australian industry platform founded and hosted by Marion Simon. This policy applies to https://www.beyondmr.com.au and the forms on it.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into a form. Depending on the form, that is:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, where you choose to provide it
- Your role, business or building
- Your website, where relevant
- Whatever you write in a message, application or business description
We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this website. If ticketing is handled by a third-party provider, that transaction happens on their site under their own terms and privacy policy.
How we use it

- To send you the event, network or news updates you asked for
- To assess a business submission or a partnership enquiry
- To assess a story you have sent in for Beyond News
- To connect you with a provider, where you have asked us to
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
Marketing emails
We only email you updates if you ticked the box asking us to. Every update includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to stop at any time by getting in touch.
Spam protection
Our forms include a hidden field that automated submissions tend to fill in, and we limit how many times a form can be submitted from the same network address in a short period. Your address is used for that check and is not stored alongside your submission.
Video
The event film is hosted on YouTube. We embed it through youtube-nocookie.com and the player is only loaded once you press play — so if you never play the film, YouTube is not contacted and sets nothing on your device. Once you do press play, YouTube’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that playback.
The background footage on the homepage is hosted by us and involves no third party.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics is added in future, this page will be updated to say which provider is used and what it measures before it is switched on.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered by email to Beyond Management Rights. We keep them for as long as we need them to do the thing you asked for, and to keep a record of consent where you have given it.
Access and correction
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If your business is listed in the Beyond Network and you want the listing changed or removed, tell us and we will do it.
