Why come
Why attend.
The people who get it
Owners, resident managers and frontline teams who deal with the same building, the same guests and the same three-in-the-morning phone calls you do.
Providers worth knowing
Trades, technology, finance, guest services and management rights specialists — in the room, ready to talk, not pitching from a stage.
A night that is actually enjoyable
Drinks, food from the Marketta kitchens, and a programme kept deliberately short so the evening belongs to the conversations.

Questions
Good to know.
Who should come?
Anyone connected to management rights, body corporate, strata or accommodation operations. Owners, managers, staff, contractors, suppliers, advisers and wider teams are all welcome.
What does it cost to attend?
Attendance is free. A cash bar will be available at the venue.
Can I bring my staff and contractors?
Yes. That is central to the purpose of the event. Bring the people who help make your business work, so they can feel recognised, make connections and understand the wider industry they are part of.
Is it a sales event?
No. Exhibitors are there to be useful and to meet people properly. The programme is built around practical conversation, not pitches.
Can my business exhibit?
Yes. Exhibitor tables are $300 plus $30 GST — $330 in total. Multiple businesses from the same industry are welcome: the point is for attendees to meet and compare a strong range of relevant providers in one room.
What is included with an exhibitor table?
One small catering table, two chairs, a snack platter for the table, and a $50 gift voucher purchased on your behalf and presented as a prize on the night.
Will photos and video be taken?
Yes. Beyond and its production team photograph and film parts of the evening for event coverage and future communications. If you would rather not be identifiable in that coverage, tell the registration team when you arrive.
Where exactly is it?
The Laneway at Miami Marketta, 23 Hillcrest Parade, Miami. There is street parking around the venue and it is an easy run down the highway from anywhere on the Coast.
